As CAT 2009 draws closer, more details are available on the registration process and the test. The registration process will be online and students would have to register through 'CAT 2009 Scratch Vouchers' bought from designated banks.
Here are the highlights of the new application and test process:
CAT 2009 notification will be out in leading newspapers on 30th August.
CAT 2009 to be held in 30 cities for 10 days - between 28th November And 7th December.
2 test sessions each day - One in the morning and One in the afternoon
Candidates will have to take the test based on the availability of the sessions.
Registration will be through a new "Scratch voucher" system
Sale of vouchers and Online registration begins from 9th September until October end.
What is the " Scratch Voucher " System?
CAT 2009 applicants will have to buy scratch vouchers from designated banks and register online using the codes on the vouchers.
The sale of vouchers and online registration for the test will begin on September 9 and will continue till October end. Details of online registration will be available on August 30th. Watch this space for regular updates and preparation materials on CAT 2009.
